My Aikido Examination

Hi everyone this is my Aikido exam a Martialart from Japan

this is a martialart so you won't get hurt easily with the tehnics.

This is my exam to go to Green belt or fourth grade.

The most importune tehnics are..komote and urak (That is the tehnics from Aikido)
